He is an Italian composer who wrote 39 operas as well as sacred music, chamber music, songs, and some instrumental and piano pieces, according to

Gioachino Rossini born with the blood of a musicians in Pesaro. His town is located on the Adriatic coast of Italy where the Papal States also located.
