Who is Gioachino Rossini?

He is an Italian composer who wrote 39 operas as well as sacred music, chamber music, songs, and some instrumental and piano pieces, according to wikipedia.org.

Gioachino Rossini born with the blood of a musicians in Pesaro. His town is located on the Adriatic coast of Italy where the Papal States also located.
