Did you know that, SSS ID is widely known and acceptable Government ID in the country. And now, because of modern technology nowadays, SSS ID has new feature as 'UMID,' a.k.a Unified Multi-Purpose ID.

The old SSS ID card production stopped in April 2010 then the UMID cards started in the Philippines Social Security System on July 2011.

Just a little bit reminders, before you can apply for SSS ID card, you must be already SSS member.

How To Get An SSS ID

1. Bring your valid ID and visit the nearest SSS Branch to submit your E-6 Form (SSS ID Application Form).
2. Next, proceed to the Picture taking booth then to fingerprinting room.
3. Then wait and receive your acknowledgement official receipt.
4. Last, you can now go home and wait your SSS ID. (It will deliver to your home address)
