UMID stands for the
Unified Multi-Purpose ID, One card for all. And today GSIS eCard is now using this UMID card and
GSIS is the first to adopt the Unified Multi-purpose ID card. And because of that, they urge all GSIS Member to update their eCard into compliant UMID eCard.
How to enroll for UMID CARD:
Just follow these four simple steps to enroll for the UMID-compliant eCard:
- Approach the assigned security office in the entrance and present agency/office identification, senior citizen card (for pensioner) and eCard Plus for proper identification.
Security officer will give form/s for fill-out and queuing number.
- Proceed to the queuing officer when called and present the properly accomplished form, valid IDs and queue number.
Queuing officer will guide you to the information/update station.
- Present the valid IDs and forms to the assigned officer.
If no update in SAP Prod, information officer will update enrollment application file. Once done, the officer will guide you to the data capture station.
If needs update in SAP Prod, information officer will guide you to the validation station before proceeding to the data capture station.
- Present the valid ID and forms to the assigned officer.
how could a lost umid ecard be replaced?
ReplyDeleteYou need to get affidavit of lost from notary public and send it to GSIS in order to replace a lost UMID Card.
ReplyDeleteIF YOU ARE AN SSS MEMBER AND NOT GSIS.. WHERE CAN YOU POSSIBLY ENROLL A UMID CARD???
