In the latest Pulse Asia survey conducted last December 4-11, the results showed that Vice President Jejomar Binay ranking move to the top. Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte is now on the second place but still remains favorite among voters in Mindanao, with 43% support from respondents.

Rodrigo Duterte lead Mindanao in new Pulse Asia survey

Last November, Mayor Duterte tops the Pulse Asia survey with a 34% percent of votes from the participated respondents. According to Pulse Asia, that number of respondents said that they like to give their trust to Rodrigo Duterte if the elections will be held on the day where the survey was conducted. It was held from November 11 to 12, 2015.

Vice President Jejomar Binay was placed third in that time and the independent presidential candidate Senator Grace Poe was second placer.

Aside from that, the Administration standard bearer Mar Roxas II is still remains fourth with 17% percent, down from his previous 20% percent, and Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago was fifth with 4% percent.

According to Pulse Asia, in the latest survey, Binay taking the lead in Balance Luzon (34%), Visayas (34%) and National Capital Region (30%) .

Meanwhile, in the vice presidential survey, Senator Francis Escudero continued to enjoy the lead, with 29% of voters saying they would choose him if elections were held today.

He is followed by Sen. Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. (23%), Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano (18%), Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo (14%) and Sen. Gregorio Honasan II (9%).

The Pulse Asia survey has a ± 2% error margin at the 95% confidence level with a probability sample of 1,800 registered voters 18 years old and above.
