A shocking incident happened in San Bernardino, California on Wednesday, December 2, at a social service centre. There are 14 dead people and 17 injured in a mass shooting involving up to three unidentified gunmen.

According to BBC news, the gunmen was wearing military-style jacket and pants and they are fully armed, they started firing in the Inland Regional Center, the place that serves the developmentally disabled.

Due to the intense firing of the suspects, people went locked themselves in every offices, said by the witnesses. The suspects was immediately fled after the attack and hours later the manhunt was ordered by the authorities.

A tweet from San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said: "Suspects are down, one officer wounded. Details still unfolding."

Maybeth Field said, "The attack took place in a conference area where the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health was holding a social event," she's the centre's president.

San Bernardino local police said that it might have been domestic terrorism but they do not yet know if it was a terrorist attack.

Meanwhile, President Barack Obama said to the incident, "One thing we do know is that we have a pattern of mass shootings in this country that has no parallel anywhere in the world."

"There are some steps that we could take, not to eliminate all incidents, but to make sure they happen less frequently," he added.
