2015 Civil Service Exam Schedule - (CSE-PPT)

CSC is now accepting applicants for the 1'st batch of examinees this 2015. It was scheduled on MAY 3, 2015, both for Professional and Sub-Professional levels. The Commission will accept the filing of application starting Monday, November 17, 2014 to March 12, 2015.

But take note this! The filing date stated above will be closed any time if the CSC Regional/Field Office has accumulated the target number of applicants. It was a "FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED" basis, so be hurry! if you want to take the CSE-PPT this coming May 3, 2015.

Now, the second schedule of CSE-PPT is on OCTOBER 18, 2015, and filing of applications will start on Monday, May 25, 2015 to September 3, 2015.

This year, CSC officials announced the number of testing centers nationwide. There are at least 53 testing centers for May 3, 2015 Civil Service Exam (CSE-PPT).


General Admission Requirements:

1. You must be Filipino citizen
2. You must be 18-years-old and above
3. You must have a good moral character
4. You must not been convicted by final judgment of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude, or disgraceful or immoral conduct, dishonesty, examination irregularity, drunkenness, or addiction to drugs;
5. You must not been dishonorably discharged from military service, or dismissed for
cause from any civilian position in the government; and
6. You must not taken the same level of Career Service Examination in less than three (3) months from the date of examination or from February 3, 2015 to May 2, 2015.

Scope of Examinations

The Civil Service Exam - Paper-and-Pencil Test will cover the following subject category:

1. Professional Level – In English and Filipino; vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, paragraph organization, reading comprehension, analogy, logic, and numerical reasoning.

2. Sub-Professional Level – In English and Filipino; vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, paragraph organization, reading comprehension, spelling, clerical operations, and numerical reasoning.

Examination Permit

The Commission will release the Online Notice of School Assignment (ONSA) two (2) weeks before the exam, so the examinees will be informed of their places of examination (school assignment)

The application form is available at any CSC Regional/Field Office, or may get it through the CSC website: www.csc.gov.ph. The application form may be photocopied using legal sized bond paper.
