The state weather bureau PAGASA advisory as of 10AM today, Oct.30, posted that the spotted Tropical Depression was seen at 1,320 km East of Eastern Visayas with maximum winds of 45 kph near the center.

PAGASA: Tropical Depression spotted outside PAR

In case the Tropical Depression will enter to the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), it will be named, "Paeng," and expected to enter the PAR this evening, according to PAGASA.

But the weather bureau told that Tropical Depression was too far to affect any part of the Philippines.

PAGASA said, "Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to northwest with slight to moderate seas."

PAGASA next weather update will be incorporated in the Public Weather Forecast to be issued at 5:00 pm today while the next Weather Advisory or Bulletin will be issued at 11:00 am tomorrow or earlier.
