Desiderio was so happy and excited with his experience, he finally able to fly again a plane back to the Philippines since 2006.

He said, "I wasn’t able to fly a plane to Manila since 2006. Tonight’s flight was really special, because for so long I haven’t approached Manila as a pilot," according to ManilaBulletin.

The Airbus A380 is the world's largest passenger airliner, it has a double-deck, wide-body, four-engine jet airliner and manufactured by Airbus.

In his interview, he wants to suggest to NAIA aviation authorities to study more on how the state airport can regularly accommodate bigger planes on its runway.

Captain Desiderio noted, "Tonight we proved that we can operate an A380 aircraft in and out of Manila. My only suggestion is (for airport officials) to give more time to study the A380 operations, the limitations and the combination of A380 with other traffic."

According to ManilaBulletin, there are eight (8) more other Filipino pilots who currently working for Emirates.
