State weather bureau Philippines reported that the sea conditions in Northern Luzon will be rough due to Typhoon Neneng (Phanfone) that enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility before noon Friday, October 3, 2014

Bagyong Neneng enters PAR before noon Friday (October 3)

As of 11 AM advisory today, ‪"the spotted Typhoon with International Name "PHANFONE" is about to enter the PAR and will be given the Local Name NENENG."

Bagyong Neneng eye was located at 1,385 km East of Itbayat, Batanes (22.5°N, 135.1°E) based on on all available data of PAGASA.

PAGASA forecasted the maximum sustained winds at 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph.

In addition to his, Bagyong Neneng is reported moving northwest at 20 kph, and may be 1,180 km northeast of Itbayat or outside the PAR by Saturday morning.

PAGASA warns residing in Metro Manila for the thunderstorm may occur in the next 12 hours.

The weather agency also advised that the public must continue monitoring for updates. The next bulletin to be issued at 11 PM today.
