Low-pressure area estimated at Northeast of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan moves away from the country. LPA may have chance to become cyclone again while exiting the PAR.

PAGASA weather bulletin as of 5 a.m. today, "the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 380 km Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Easterlies affecting the Eastern section of Luzon and Visayas."

LPA may no longer affect any land or part of the country, according to PAGASA.

"Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms," in Metro Manila and the rest of the Philippines, it added.
