It's a beautiful Sunday morning to all, but on the afternoon or evening, we may expect thunderstorms in Metro Manila because of the ITCZ (inter-tropical convergence zone), affecting the areas of southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, according to PAGASA as of 5 am today, Sunday, Sept 8.

PAGASA said, "Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) across Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao, according to state weather bulletin."

They added, "Mimaropa, Bicol region, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms."

PAGASA reported that light to moderate winds coming from the southeast to northeast will prevail over the rest of Luzon and from the southwest to south over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
