 PAGASA Weather Update as of August 30, 2013

PAGASA weather bulletin as of 5am today, "the Low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,050 km East of extreme Northern Luzon (19.4°N, 133.3°E)."

According to the state weather forecasters, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southeast to south over Visayas and coming from east to southeast over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas

They added that this coming September, there will be three to four cyclone in the country.

All fishing boats and other small seacrafts not to travel out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves, advised by PAGASA
