The low-pressure area (LPA) is now Tropical Depression which located at 250 km East of Borongan City. NANDO is the codename of the new storm and now moving northwest direction at 13 kph.

State weather forecaster estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.
PAGASA said that the area of Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. While the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
