Bagyong NANDO continuously moving in a North Northwest direction. As PAGASA estimated the strength sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph, as of August 27, Tuesday.

PAGASA weather bulletin as of 5 am today, "Tropical Storm "NANDO" was estimated based on all available data at 200 km East of Aparri, Cagayan."

Bagyong NANDO estimated rainfall amount is from 10 - 25 mm per hour (heavy - intenese) within the 400 km diameter.

PAGASA raised public storm warning signal no# 2 in the area of Batanes Group of Islands, while signal no#2 in the areas of Cagayan, Calayan, Babuyan Group of Islands, Apayao, and Isabela.

Bagyong NANDO could enhance the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) which will bring light to moderate with at times heavy rains and thunderstorms over the rest of Luzon.

And becuase of that, PAGASA said that sea travel is risky over the eastern seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon.
