The much awaited State of the Nation Address (SONA) of our President Benigno 'Noynoy' Aquino III for the fourth time will be set on Monday, July 22, 2013. The recent SONA happened in July 23, 2012 and takes only an hour and a half long.

Usually, the President delivers the address at around 4 pm (16:00 Military Time) at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. You can watch the S.O.N.A 2013 here.

When the President arrived, he usually enter at the back entrance of the Batasang Pambansa with welcome military honours, together with the House Speaker, the Senate President and the welcoming committee.

According to Wikipedia, The 1987 Constitution of the Philippines required an annual address by the President of the Philippines to the Congress of the Philippines. And must be delivered every fourth Monday of July.
