Philippine weather forecasters said that Bagyong ISANG developed into a Tropical Depression and estimated based on all available data at 285 km East of Infanta, Quezon.

PAGASA weather bulletin as of 5:00 am today, "the Low Pressure Area (LPA) East of Luzon has intensified into a Tropical Depression and was named "ISANG" and was estimated at 300 km East of Infanta, Quezon (15.1°N, 124.6°E). "

Babuyan Group of Islands

Mt. Province

PAGASA alerted residents living in low lying and mountainous areas under public storm signal #1 against possible flashfloods and landslides. Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.
