Here is our weather update about Bagyong Huaning by PAGASA. Tropical Storm Soulik (will be locally codenamed Huaning) will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this Wednesday, July 10, 2013.

PAGASA weather bulletin as of 5:00 am today, "Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao. Meanwhile, at 4:00 am today, the tropical storm (International name: Soulik) was estimated at 1,780 km east of Basco, Batanes (19.4°N, 141.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 140 kph. It is forecast to move west at 20 kph. "

According to weather forecaster, Bagyong Huaning will not make landfall in the country and it will continue moving west-northwest or northwest and it could make landfall on Taiwan.

Tropical Storm Soulik is not existing yet within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
