Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat was irritated to the teen because of her insouciant attitude. He said,  "We're not in a club, be serious about it." Then he ordered Soto to be held on $5,000 bond.

The teen laughed and said, "Adios." But the Judge upped her fine to $10,000.

Sotto said, "Are you serious?," and the Judge said, "I am serious. Adios."

The teen was mad and promptly gave Judge Rodriguez-Chomat the finger.

That's why the judge found her in contempt of court and sentenced the 18-year-old to 30 days in jail.
