Bagyong Pablo is now inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and was located at 970 km Southeast of Hinatuan,Surigao Del Sur, according to PAGASA. Bagyong Pablo is the most powerful storm to hit this year.

State weather bureau said on a 4:00 p.m. report, "Pablo" is expected to make landfall over Surigao del Norte on Tuesday morning. The typhoon was packing maximum sustained winds of 185 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 220 kph. It is also forecast to move west northwest at 22 kph."

Meanwhile, PAGASA advised fishing boats and other small seacrafts not to venture out into the Eastern Seaboards of Visayas and Mindanao.

PAGASA said,"Typhoon "PABLO" has maintained its strength and is now heading towards Surigao Provinces."
