Typhoon IGME (with international codenamed TEMBIN) is re-entered the Philippine territory and continue moving Northeast at 13 kph. IGME was located at 200 km Northwest of Basco, Batanes, based on satellite and surface data as of 10:00 p.m PAGASA advisory.

Typhoon Igme is expected to stay within the country territory until Wednesday morning, according to PAGASA.

PAGASA forecaster Bernie de Leon said, "Igme packed maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph."

PAGASA raised public storm warning signal no. 2 to Batanes while Calayan and Babuyan Islands are on storm signal no. 1.

Meanwhile, PAGASA advised small fishing boats and other seacrafts not to sail out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves.
