For those who still unsure about the passing grades and ratings of their licensure examination results, the Professional Regulation Commission released their online tool for board exam verification of rating.
PRC provided the Verification of Rating form for those passers and non-passers to check their exam results.
In order to use the above form, make sure that you have the complete information needed such as name of exam, date of exam , application number, firstname, lastname, and birth-date, then click “Verify” button.
