Can't we really avoid this kind of disaster that our country is experiencing right now? Heavy rainfalls makes deep floods all over NCR and nearby provinces followed by dams spilling due to over rise of water in it's standard level.

We can't just blame everything to our Government, what must we do right now is change. Change our ways in segregating our garbages. Garbages is one of the main reason why Metro Manila is experiencing floods. Illegal logging is the reason why there's a lot of landslide everywhere. It's us who must change, not just the Government alone.

Anyway, I am not here to preach or anything, my real topic is yet another suspension of classes due still to floods surrounding the areas of Metro Manila.

For everyone's information, here is the list of extended suspension in most part of NCR.

The announcement in red font below is confirmed by Executive Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr. who issued a Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 34 which is cancelling classes in NCR.

" Malacanang Palace declared schools in All Levels in NCR including post-graduate courses now suspended for tomorrow, August 9, 2012 "
All Levels outside Metro Manila

Claret School of Quezon City (until Friday, August 10)
De La Salle University - Manila (until Friday, August 10)
Xavier School (until Friday, August 10)
