PAGASA posted as of 7:30 a.m. this Wednesday, "heavy to intense rainfall (10-20 mm/hr) was recorded over Pasig, Paranaque, Taguig and North QC while moderate to heavy rainfall (3-9 mm/hr) over the rest of Metro Manila"

According to PAGASA, because of the Tropical Storm "Haikui" located at Northeast of Taiwan, it causing to enhanced the southwest monsoon that bring continuously occasional to frequent rains over Luzon, becoming moderate to heavy rains in the Provinces of Ilocos, La Union, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and National Capital Region today until Thursday.

PAGASA forecaster Raymond Ordinario said, "Inaasahan natin ang pag-ulan sa Metro Manila. Ang taya ng PAGASA, hindi siya ganoon kalakas tulad ng naranasan natin kahapon."

He added, "Asahan natin magkakaroon ng malakas na ulan pero nakita natin less intense compared sa kahapon."

PAGASA posted on its site that, "there is no tropical cyclone existing within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)."

Meanwhile, PAGASA also advised that small fishing boats and vessels should not sail out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves.
