People on street really don't know where to put their anger when it burst. As many people say, 'Your patience will be tested in some circumstances that you will never notice,' like what I am going to share this very moment, wherein a motorist outburst his anger towards an MMDA traffic enforcer at Capitol Hills Drive corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City, last Saturday, August 11, 2012.

According to, TV5 news website, the motorist is a resourcing supervisor at Philip Morris International named Robert Blair Carabuena.

If you can see in the video, Carabuena unpatiently shout the enforcer and hit him twice on the face. The enforcer is identified as Saturnino Fabros.
