Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) announced their planned to put up a 59 job fairs nationwide this month of August. Starting this day, August 2, they have the public employment service offices (PESOs) Job Fair in Malabon City Hall.
DOLE Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz said, "We have 59 job fairs coming this month, or an average of two per day. These job fairs will be conducted in 13 regions so our job seekers have to watch out for these fairs."
Baldoz mentioned that this job fairs will include city and municipal fairs, in-house, mini, mega-job fairs and barangay job fairs which will be conducted by local government units (LGUs) and the public employment service offices (PESOs) supervised by the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) and DOLE regional offices.
