Because of the continues heavy rain falls, many schools in different parts of Metro Manila suspended their afternoon classes. And some area in Manila have been flooded that causes heavy traffic.

Many were forced to walk on floods just to make it on their works and schools. Same as before, many are already got in their destination before the local government announced the suspension.

Malacañang Palace reminded to all local government units that they must made their own announcement of suspension if there's no storm warning signal at 4:30 a.m for those who will attend morning classes and at 11 a.m. for afternoon classes, depending on the situation in their area.

However, Malacañang warned those local government units (LGU) who will not follow their prior notice.

Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte said, “We are giving them a little bit more time to cope with the new system and we hope this will be the last time.”
