Local Government Unit (LGU) in Olongapo City and some parts of Valenzuela announced the suspension of classes on Wednesday, July 25, due to flooding. PAGASA said the southwest monsoon is affecting our country, that's why rain falls overnight and caused flood.
While in some part of Valenzuela City, schools in public and private are still suspended. Here is the list of barangays in Valenzuela.

According to Olongapo City Mayor James Gordon that all classes from preschool and high school in both public and private will remain suspended because of high water level in the city’s rivers.While in some part of Valenzuela City, schools in public and private are still suspended.
