"Tropical Storm (Bagyong) "GENER" continues to endanger Extreme Northern Luzon," weather expert said on PAGASA. As it slowed down slightly and continues moving to North Northwest.

PAGASA posted as of 5:00 a.m. today, "At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "GENER" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 330 km East Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan (19.4°N, 124.9°E). Maximum sustained winds of 105 kph near center and gustiness of up to 135 kph. Forecast to move North Northwest at 11 kph. "

PAGASA Gale warning said, "Strong to gale force wind is expected to affect the Western seaboard of Northern Luzon, the seaboards of Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas and the Eastern seaboard of Mindanao."

PAGASA posted Public Storm Warning Signal No. 1 in Isabela, Kalinga and Apayao while storm warning signal No. 2 in Cagayan, Calayan Group of Islands, Babuyan Group of Islands, and Batanes Group of Islands.
