Golden Boy Promotion’s (GBP) Oscar de la Hoya said in Boxing Scene, “We have just finalized Floyd Mayweather vs Miguel Cotto for May 5th so we are excited

Oscar said, “He (Mayweather) will be fighting, I believe, three times this year so he is excited and I am happy to be working with him. We are just trying to make the big fights happen.”

But Oscar de la Hoya admitted that he need Pacquiao to agree first in the much-awaited mega-fight this year.

He said, “Hopefully we can nail down the Pacquiao fight real soon. Pacquiao just has to agree to fight because Mayweather wants to fight him.”

However,  the two boxers are still under "negotiations" about the equal sharing from the fight revenue.

Meanwhile, Manny Pacquiao has already settled for a Timothy Bradley fight in June this year.
