SONA 2016: President Duterte said, 'Fingerpointing is not the way'

It seems that our beloved 16th President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Roa Duterte has yet again made a good impact and impression after his statement with regards of finger pointing mistake from the previous administration.

SONA 2016: President Duterte said, 'Fingerpointing is not the way'

Most of us are already used to see after every election some "case here - case there" news because the new administration is yet again blaming the past administration for what have happened here and there of sorts.

But today on his first ever SONA speech, PDuterte has broken it. Saying that let us not waste precious time on dwelling on the past mistakes instead focus on the future.

He said in his speech today, "Fingerpointing is not the way, that is why I will not waste precious time dwelling on the sins of the past or blaming or those perceived to be responsible for the mess that we are in and suffering from,' and he added, "It is the present we are concerned with and the future that we should be prepared for."

However, he will still not tolerate public officials who've confirmed violated the law.

President Duterte said, "Let me say clearly that those who betrayed the people's trust shall not go unpunished and they will have their day in court."

With the words he spelled out today, clearly, says a lot about his character. Now I know why most people have voted for him. His not just a wrecker, but a man with fair judgement.
