Pacquiao made all the application done by just calling all the five commissioners via long distance due to his persistent training for his upcoming fight of the millennium.

Cisco Aguilar, NSAC chairman said there is no decision yet on who will be the judges and referee for the said fight this May 2, 2015 covering the issue of the Paquiao-Bradley bout last 2012 where the American boxer won the fight via Split Decision.

He said in a statement, "We are all excited, and we are ready, and we will do what we need to do to ensure that everything is perfect," and added,"I understand some of those concerns, but I think over the last year and a half, we've made some changes to our process, and also have worked really hard to ensure that all judges that will take part of this fight will be up to the task."

NSAC assured that there will be no favorite with this coming fight and they'll be handling this 'Fight of the Century' fair and square.
