Filipina teen enters the Top 5 finalist of X Factor Australia

Australia - The 14-years-old pinay and the youngest singer of the X Factor Australia was successfully included to the list of Top 5 finalist. Marlisa Punzalan was tagged as the "shy Filipina teenager" and garnered enough votes to stay in the competition.

Marlisa Punzalan is a contestant from Glendenning, New South Wales. She started singing at the age of four and aside from it, she also love to plays the piano.

The X Factor Australia series 6 was began on 13 July 2014 and premièred on the Seven Network, with the judging panel consists of Ronan Keating, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Redfoo and Dannii Minogue, according to Wikipedia.

Punzalan impressed the judges with her voice after she sang Im's hit song "Super Love". Watch her how she performed the song in the embed video below,


Ronan Keating as her mentor gave her a standing ovation while the three other judges was also impressed to her. Redfoo said to her, "Every week you just do something great, you take risks. I think that's phenomenal."
