Habagat rains to affect Central, southern Luzon and Visayas

State weather bureau reported this Wednesday morning that central and southern part of Luzon and Visayas will experience light to moderate rains due to Southwest Monsoon.

According to PAGASA weather bulletin as of 5 am, Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol, Palawan and Visayas will have cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms.

There's no cyclone within the country's area of responsibility or PAR, according to PAGASA.

However, the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA also alerted the fishing boats owners and other small seacrafts against moderate to rough seas.
