The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) officially announced the number coding scheme suspension in Metro Manila effective this coming October 31 and November 1.
MMDA advised all that number conding will resumes on November 2, 2011.
The Proclamation 265 states that October 31 which falls on Monday (October 31) is declared as a special non-working holiday, and so as to November 1 ( falls on Tuesday), the "All Saints Day."
Meanwhile, Makati City and Marikina City released a traffic rerouting schemes to ease traffic congestion in the road leading to cemeteries.
