Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said, "Typhoon "PEDRING" has weakened as it crossed the rugged terrain of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range and is expected to be exit on PAR by Wednesday noon."
