Typhoon Pedring brought heavy rain and strong wind

Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said, "This typhoon is very wide in diameter, about 650 kilometres (400 miles), and covers most of (the main island of) Luzon."As of 5.am today, Typhoon "PEDRING" has just made landfall over the boundary of Aurora and Isabela.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said "a baby died when he fell into a swollen river in the eastern province of Catanduanes."

Typhoon Pedring brought heavy rain and strong wind over Metro Manila and most part of Luzon area.
