The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA) earlier said, As of 4:00 am, Typhoon Mina eye located Southwest of Basco, Batanes, based on satellite and surface data at 90 km south.
According to PAGASA latest satellite bulletin, "large amounts of rain are expected to fall in Metro Manila, Rizal, Laguna, Zambales and Baguio."
PAGASA said on their website:
"Extreme Northern Luzon will have stormy weather. The rest of Northern Luzon will experience occasional rains with gusty winds. Central Luzon and the western section of southern luzon will have monsoon rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides."
