As of 12 PM. August 26, 2011, PAGASA raised warning storm signal to number 3 over 4 areas in Luzon. The public storm signal number 3 was declared over Isabela, Cagayan, Calayan, and Babuyan Group of Islands.
As Typhoon Mina get more intensified, PAGASA placed under public storm signals no. 1 and 2 to the following list below:
Storm Signal no. 2:
Typhoon Mina continues moving at a speed of 9 kph, and is expected to pass along the Northern tip of Cagayan by Saturday morning. So expect rainy day long-weekend ahead.
