According to PAGASA weather forecasters, Tropical Storm "Kabayan" leave out in the Pacific Ocean and maintained its north by northwest track to southern Japan. Weather Storm signals were not raised but heavy monsoon rains are expected over much of the country, especially Luzon and the Visayas.

Meanwhile, Ipo Dam in Bulacan filled up with rainwater yesterday (July 29, 2011, Friday) and reached spilling level. Two water release gates were opened.
The next PAGASA bulletin will be issued late Saturday morning.
