The Philippine Atmospheric and Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) latest updates on Sunday, July 31, announced that the low pressure area spotted 300 kilometers off Ilocos Sur is now a tropical depression. The Tropical Depression was named, “Lando.”
Tropical depression “Lando” is expected to hit Dagupan City Monday night.
It is currently moving northwest, packing maximum winds of 45 kilometers per hour near the center.
