PAGASA Weather Report: Tropical Depression 'Falcon'

According to the Philippine, Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) latest weather report, a new low pressure area (LPA) near Samar area that may enter the Philippine area of responsibility this June 21, 2011.

In its 11:00 a.m. bulletin, the weather reporter said tropical depression "Falcon" was last seen 670 kilometers (km) east of Borongan, Easter Samar

PAGASA expects tropical depression Egay to be out of the Philippine area of responsibility by 2 p.m. today and tropical depression Falcon is expected to be 440 kms East of Virac, Catanduanes by tomorrow.

PAGASA weather report a rainy week for the entire Philippines as the LPA strengthens the southwest monsoon over Luzon and the Inter Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) over Mindanao.
