New applicant passport requirement
NSO Birth Certificate
Original Valid ID
Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate of Parents in SECPA

Minor Applicant DFA passport requirement
Passport of both parents, original and photocopy
Passport of guardian, original and photocopy
