The video clip below of “Willing Willie” contestant “Jan-Jan” has make a new set of controversy for the show's host Willie Revillame. This video was dated March 12, 2011 and has circulated on Facebook, Youtube and Twitter, it shows a 6-year-old boy crying while dancing seemingly like a macho dancer. The video had 291,889 hits as of writing this post today.
Willie Revillame was quoted this, “Ganyan ho ang hirap ng buhay ng tao…pinahanga mo ako Jan-Jan. … Ibang klase ka Jan-Jan… May luha pa iyan ha… Kaya niya ginagawa ‘yon para sa pamilya.”

Some Internet user reacted over this controversy, labeling it "stupid," "degrading" and maybe an act of "child abuse."
"jimparedes (Jim Paredes): i was disgusted by it. It is child abuse and degrading."
"KatDeCastro (Kat De Castro): Basta all I can is: kids/minors should never be humiliated on TV. There should be a law on this. Protect the rights of the child."
But some say they just overacted to this Jan-jan dance issue.
Some YouTube user posted:
I don't think there is something wrong in here. I think Willie doesn't even know that this is the way the kid will dance. People are just overreacting. I don't think it was Willie's idea for the kid to dance like that.

TV5, Interaksyon.com, posted an official apology for the Jan-Jan episode from Mr. Revillame and the producers of Willing Willie.
