LTO Student License Permit Fees and Requirements


Maybe one of this day I am going to LTO branch office near me to get a Student License Permit for my requirement to have a Non-Pro Driving license but I need to wait for 3 month before it happen. So I decide to search now for instructions on how to get a student license. And here! I listed below the full list of LTO student license permit fees and requirements for all applicants.

The fees and charges may apply to all Filipino applicants. For more information you need about Land Transportation Office student license permit qualifications and requirements are listed below.

Qualifications:
1. Must be at least sixteen (16) years old
2. Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle
3. Must be able to read and write the local dialect, Filipino or English

Requirements:
1. Original and photocopy of birth certificate. In the absence thereof, any of the following:
a. Joint Affidavit of two (2) disinterested persons who know the applicant and who can attest to his/her age and identity accompanied by non-availability of record from NSO or the local civil registry office
b. Any legal document to prove his/her age and identity such as GSIS, SSS, passport or any government issued documents
2. For applicants below 18 years old, parent’s or guardian’s written consent with photocopy of ID card to prove his identity
3. Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)
4. Duly accomplished Application for Driver’s License (ADL) form

Fees:
Student Permit (SP) Fee – Php 150.00
Application Fee – Php 100.00
Computer Fee – Php 67.63
