Anne Curtis lost her amethyst Ring in a Cathay Pacific aircraft

Anne Curtis lost the amethyst ring with an estimated worth of $600 after arriving in Manila from Hong Kong. The ring, she said, was a birthday present to herself. But she would not take any legal action against the Cathay Pacific because its management acted swiftly on the incident.

Anne said during the press conference for her upcoming romantic comedy movie with Luis Manzano, "For me kasi, the only reason I would take action is if they didn’t do their part. But they did, they reached out to me, their country manager, a British man, made an effort to apologize. He wasn’t in the country when it happened but they said that they were terribly sorry."

"Although they won’t replace the ring itself, just the value of the ring. Papalitan naman nila," she said.

It happened when she left her carry-on bag inside the aircraft after disembarking from the plane. Half an hour later, the actress was given permission to board the plane but only the box was recovered.
