Is this another UFO sighting? or Just a man made crop circles? A 70-meter-wide crop circle was reportedly spotted, January 24, 2011 in a rice field in Sleman, Yogyakarta in Indonesia. Yogyakarta Crop Circles Made by UFO?
According to reports, the pattern looks like an intricately designed flower. It appeared in the middle of the green rice field and has drawn so much attention to thousands of curious viewers.
The crop circles cause is not yet clear and has been rumored that it might be a UFO trace.
Meanwhile, some inspectator said that they saw a tornado on Saturday evening and have seen traces in their fields the following day. However, according to Budi Waluyo, head of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geology Agency in Yogyakarta, there were no records of tornado in the province or its surrounding areas on Saturday and Sunday. He also added that even if a tornado did occur, it would leave a distinctive snaking trail, not a crop circle.
However, according to Thomas Djamaluddin, head of the atmospheric sciences and chief of astronomy research at the National Aeronautics and Space Agency, “we will not send investigators to the scene because we suspect the crop circle involves human invention, not natural phenomena, nor scientific phenomena associated with outer space creatures commonly referred to as aliens.”
