Some say that they are forced to do that dances but for me this is not a kind of forcing or abusing to them. This is a kind of true discipline and obeying. Where you can find that kind of performances? Even they are inside the detention centers, they can still show their skills and talents to us (outside world). This is about a wake up call to us that not all people inside detention center are bad person and no right to changes.
I am proud to all Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center inmates for a job well done.
