Super Typhoon “Lupit” – International Name; Super Typhoon “Ramil” – Philippines Local Name.
Approximately 6:00AM on Thursday Super Typhoon Ramil (LUPIT) probably move towards northern and central Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, and Geophysical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The typhoon packs maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph.
So I guess all dam in northern luzon have been properly monitored for safety and to avoid the heavy flood in nothern luzon provinces.
However, based on its satellite direction, Ramil might only enter the territory and veer away immediately.
Let’s just hope and pray Ramil became tropical depression so that the victim of two typhoon could start to live again.
