Well my tip for you in order to prevent the loss of fat. Keep in mind that you need to increase your metabolism. How you gonna increase your metabolism? I know that is your question. Well first, you must consume a lot of water everyday Not only eight glasses of water a day but as long as you awake don't forget to drink water and not soda or energy drink. Your body need 16 ounces of water every two hours. Especially if you exercise for the heat, you need for a gallon of water per hour.

And then, from that water intake every morning, don't forget to eat your meal 3 times a day together with 3 times snack a day. Because It will leads you not to be hungry and it will organized your habitual food intake. Because if you skip your meal, it is possible for you to be hungry and it can gives you uncontrollable eating habit because your so hungry.

But! even I say that you need to eat 3 times a day and 3 times snack a day. You also need to be focus on a quality of food your gonna eat by that day. Eating like pasta, pizza and hamburger gives you carbohydrates and some protein that our body daily needs right? but not too much. Make sure that your food is high on protein, calcium and vitamins. Like vegetables and fruits but I'm not say that eating junk food is bad.. yes is not bad if your not eating it everyday. You can eat once but now twice, is better to eat oatmeal than junk food.

And most of all, avoid sweets and dairy foods and welcome the fiber rich food in your body systems. Begins this all tips starting today and wait for the result after
